Here's an interesting one.
A short while back, Matty-Bob Cash from Burdizzo Books asked some writers - in secrecy - to write an Autumnal themed horror story for a super top secret anthology. October saw the birthday of his wonderful Burdizzo conspirator Emma Dehaney, and Emma is particularly fond of Autumn and all its trappings.
The plan was to write, edit and release the anthology in secret, with the very first physical copy being presented to Emma in surprise on her birthday.
Well, to cut a long story short, it went down an absolute storm - she didn't have a clue of its existence, and may have become a little emotional upon learning of it.
So, it's now been properly released and is available for the world. It's available on Amazon in both physical and electronic formats, and can be found by clicking here.
My copy has just arrived for my bookshelf, and it's a wonderful collection of stories and poems.
All proceeds from the sale of this book will go to NAPAC (The National Association of People Abused in Childhood).
